B A N A N A + C H O C M U F F I N S π
These are the perfecttttt post yoga fuel π§πΌββοΈ filled with complex carbs, good fat and a little sweetness theyβre a great mid morning snack!
PLUS you can freeze them (this was frozen, heated up for 30s and doused in peanut butter π€€)
βͺοΈ2 super ripe bananas mashed
βͺοΈ3 cups oats
βͺοΈ2 eggs
βͺοΈ1/4 honey or rice malt syrup
βͺοΈ1 tbsp baking soda
βͺοΈ2 tbsp brown sugar
βͺοΈpinch of cinnamon and salt
βͺοΈ2/3 cup choc chips (I like them dark!)
βͺοΈ1/4 cup coconut oil
βͺοΈ2/3 cup milk of choice
Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients separately then mix together. Spoon into pre-greased muffin tins and bake at 180 for 30 mins. Makes 12 so you can pop some in the freezer πππΌ
