Today was last day of the intensive 14 days of classes and practices from 5am till 9pm every evening in level III yoga TTP.
By day 3 total exhaustion was here to visit and I was wondering how will another 10 days be possible?
Then suddenly it was the end and we all felt a little sad that it is over.
In reality the journey has just begun as I embark on 2 years of study - refining my personal sadhana and sharing with my students what I experience. 🕉️
So much gratitude for the amazing teachers of the Himalayan Yoga Meditation Tradition imparting their vast knowledge with us 🙏
