After years of living in Australia, I finally came home for the holidays. ❤️

This video is my heart and soul. We filmed through a storm, battled the flu, and captured the real, raw magic of Pasko sa Pinas—from the grand lights to the humble street caroling.

Rain, Flu, and the World’s Most Special Christmas 🇵🇭✨

They say Christmas in the Philippines is the longest and most joyful in the world. But this trip tested that theory!

Between battling a typhoon, recovering from the flu, and having only a tiny window of time to film, the odds were against us. But you know what? The spirit of Manila shines brighter than any storm.

Despite the rain, we found the magic. 🌟 From the humble parols lighting up the streets... 🎶 To the kids singing carols with their handmade tambourines... 💜 To the steaming P**o Bumbong that gives us a taste of Simbang Gabi before it even begins.

These photos are just a glimpse of the resilience and joy I witnessed. I managed to capture the soul of a Filipino Christmas, even with very little time.

And Manila? Watch out. I am definitely coming back. This was just the appetizer. I’m not done with you yet! 😉

Everyone knows and loves the vibrant energy of Thai street food, but I went on a mission in Pattaya to find another side to its cuisine: the elegant, the theatrical, and the unforgettable.

That journey led me to May's, a restaurant creating Michelin-level experiences. This was the moment I knew I'd found something special. It's a Minced Meat and Banana Blossom Salad, and it was unveiled in a cloud of billowing smoke. An absolute spectacle!
