It wasn’t stress. It was my hair follicles dying.
Here is my result after 3 months guys.
I’m 47 now, and over the years I watched my crown slowly get thinner and thinner. Honestly it was frustrating as hell.
For a long time I kept telling myself it was probably stress, work, getting older… something like that.
At some point I just started accepting that the bald spot on my crown was probably here to stay.
But the weird thing is it didn’t happen overnight. It just kept getting thinner little by little every year.
I noticed it the most in bright light or when someone took a photo from behind. That spot on the crown was getting harder and harder to hide.
Back in February my barber sent me a link to an article that explained something called hair follicle miniaturization. Basically it talked about how in a lot of men the follicles on the crown slowly weaken and start dying over time.
The article also mentioned a natural formula some guys were using to help support those follicles again.
Honestly I didn’t expect much. I’d already tried different shampoos and things before.
But I figured… why not.
The first photo was taken around that time in Feb.
The second one is from this week, about 3 months later.
Seeing the difference in my crown honestly surprised me.
It’s not perfect, but it definitely looks fuller than it did before.
I’ll leave the article my barber sent me in the comments in case anyone here wants to read it.
Figured some other guys dealing with the same thing might find it interesting too.
