It‍ wasn’t‌ stress.‍ It‌ was‍ my‌ hair‍ follicles‌ dying.
Here‌ is‍ my‌ result‍ after‌ 3‍ months‌ guys.

I’m‌ 47‍ now,‌ and‍ over‌ the‍ years‌ I‍ watched‌ my‍ crown‌ slowly‍ get‌ thinner‍ and‌ thinner.‍ Honestly‌ it‍ was‌ frustrating‍ as‌ hell.

For‌ a‍ long‌ time‍ I‌ kept‍ telling‌ myself‍ it‌ was‍ probably‌ stress,‍ work,‌ getting‍ older…‌ something‍ like‌ that.

At‌ some‍ point‌ I‍ just‌ started‍ accepting‌ that‍ the‌ bald‍ spot‌ on‍ my‌ crown‍ was‌ probably‍ here‌ to‍ stay.

But‌ the‍ weird‌ thing‍ is‌ it‍ didn’t‌ happen‍ overnight.‍ It‌ just‍ kept‌ getting‍ thinner‌ little‍ by‌ little‍ every‌ year.

I‌ noticed‍ it‌ the‍ most‌ in‍ bright‌ light‍ or‌ when‍ someone‌ took‍ a‌ photo‍ from‌ behind.‍ That‌ spot‍ on‌ the‍ crown‌ was‍ getting‌ harder‍ and‌ harder‍ to‌ hide.

Back‌ in‍ February‌ my‍ barber‌ sent‍ me‌ a‍ link‌ to‍ an‌ article‍ that‌ explained‍ something‌ called‍ hair‌ follicle‍ miniaturization.‍ Basically‌ it‍ talked‌ about‍ how‌ in‍ a‌ lot‍ of‌ men‌ the‍ follicles‌ on‍ the‌ crown‍ slowly‌ weaken‍ and‌ start‍ dying‌ over‍ time.

The‌ article‍ also‌ mentioned‍ a‌ natural‍ formula‌ some‍ guys‌ were‍ using‌ to‍ help‌ support‍ those‌ follicles‍ again.

Honestly‌ I‍ didn’t‌ expect‍ much.‍ I’d‌ already‍ tried‌ different‍ shampoos‌ and‍ things‌ before.

But‌ I‍ figured…‌ why‍ not.

The‌ first‍ photo‌ was‍ taken‌ around‍ that‍ time‌ in‍ Feb.
The‌ second‍ one‌ is‍ from‌ this‍ week,‌ about‍ 3‌ months‍ later.

Seeing‌ the‍ difference‌ in‍ my‌ crown‍ honestly‌ surprised‍ me.

It’s‌ not‍ perfect,‌ but‍ it‌ definitely‍ looks‌ fuller‍ than‌ it‍ did‌ before.

I’ll‌ leave‍ the‌ article‍ my‌ barber‍ sent‌ me‍ in‌ the‍ comments‌ in‍ case‌ anyone‍ here‌ wants‍ to‌ read‍ it.

Figured‌ some‍ other‌ guys‍ dealing‌ with‍ the‌ same‍ thing‌ might‍ find‌ it‍ interesting‌ too.

It wasn't genetics or aging. It was hair follicles dying.
Here’s me and my brother’s result after 3 months 😂

I’m 47 now, and over the years I watched my crown slowly get thinner and thinner. Honestly it was frustrating as hell.

My brother was going through the same thing.

For a long time we both kept telling ourselves it was just genetics, stress, getting older… something like that.

At some point you just start accepting it.

But the weird thing is it didn’t happen overnight.
It just kept getting thinner little by little every year.

You really notice it in photos.
That’s when it becomes hard to ignore.

Back in February, my barber sent me a link to an article explaining hair follicle miniaturization.

Basically how the follicles on your crown slowly weaken and start dying over time.

That’s why a lot of products don’t really work… they don’t address the root cause.

The article also mentioned a natural formula some guys were using to support those follicles again.

Didn’t expect much, honestly.
We’d already tried enough things before.

But we figured… let’s try it.

The first photo is from around that time.
The second one is from this week, about 3 months later.

Seeing the difference in both of us honestly surprised me.

It’s not perfect, but it definitely looks fuller than before.

I’ll leave the article my barber sent me in the comments for anyone who wants to read it.

Might be worth a look if you’re dealing with the same thing.

This is our result after 3 months (all natural)

I’m 47 now, and over the years I watched my crown slowly get thinner and thinner. Honestly it was frustrating as hell.

For a long time I kept telling myself it was probably stress, work, getting older… something like that.

And my brother was saying the exact same thing.

At some point we both just started accepting that the bald spots on our crowns were probably here to stay.

But the weird thing is it didn’t happen overnight. It just kept getting thinner little by little every year.

You notice it the most in photos… especially from above or behind.
That’s actually when it really hit us.

Back in February, my barber sent me a link to an article explaining something called hair follicle miniaturization.

Basically how in a lot of men the follicles on the crown slowly weaken and start dying over time.

The article also mentioned a natural formula some guys were using to support those follicles again.

Honestly, I didn’t expect much.
We’d both already tried shampoos, oils, different stuff… nothing really worked.

But we figured… why not.

The first photo was taken around that time.
The second one is from this week, about 3 months later.

Seeing the difference in both our crowns honestly surprised us.

It’s not perfect, but it definitely looks fuller than before.

I’ll leave the article my barber sent me in the comments if anyone wants to read it.

Figured some other guys dealing with the same thing might find it interesting too.
