SOUTH AUSTRALIAN TOURISM COMMISSION – FESTIVAL CAMPAIGN

CASTING CALL – FESTIVAL PERFORMERS

We are thrilled to be working with SATC, casting a campaign highlighting South
Australia’s world renown festival culture – where, as day slips into night, there’s a
certain kind of magic that arrives with festival season – it just glows in a diAerent way.
We’re looking to feature a number of Festival Performers to be part of quick vignette’s,
glimpses, flashes of creativity, evoking joy & wonder for a festival visitor. This could
include, Stilt Walkers, Acrobats, Fire Artists, Clowns, Jugglers, Dancers, Roving
Performers, Specialty Performers, Cirque Performers, Buskers, Musicians, Drag artists,
just to name a few – we’re open to considering all creative endeavours – surprise us.
You must be a South Australian resident, ideally Adelaide or close by and available for a

1 x 10-hour call (evening into night) week commencing 7th October.

We are the Casting Directors for the next round of amazing SA Tourism commercials and you could be in it! We are looking for a huge variety of specialist performers and, open to everything! So if you are a juggler, fire eater, acrobat troupe, stilt walker, drag artist, have any sort of act or a colourful character you perform, we want to hear from you!

Our AV Preservation team are working towards the Deadline 2025 initiative to digitise ageing magnetic media before it’s lost forever.

One challenge?
(SSS). It’s a condition where tape binders absorb moisture and become sticky, risking damage to both the tape and playback equipment.

The solution? Baking!
This dries out the binder, restoring the tape’s integrity and allowing smooth playback for digitisation.
