Good morning ,So we have an Upcoming trip that we are getting ready for and had the Cruiser put in to Toyota for its 40k...

Good morning ,
So we have an Upcoming trip that we are getting ready for and had the Cruiser put in to Toyota for its 40k service yesterday.
So when we went to pick it up we find that under the bonnet has diesel all over the inner guard , but has had a quick rinse ( still stinks of diesel under there ) grease on door handle , grease on arm rest , and find oil still dripping from rear diff.

So I spoke to the receptionist and asked if I could speak to the mechanic about it ?
She got the mechanic for us and when asked why I'm finding my car like this his response was " sorry. I was in a hurry "

I suggested that wasn't a great choice for a response 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

He took the car back into wirkshop and cleaned it up and we were on our way.
Only to find that the lock nut socket for our wheels was missing. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Back to Toyota again ( now gates are shut 🤬) so have to ring. Got the gates opened. Got socket back and on our way.

Disappointed. Dissatisfied. Yeah. Bloody oath
