Stepping out of my comfort zone has always been a challenge for me, especially when it comes to getting in front of the camera or doing videos.

The “fear of what others think” (FOWOT) holds me back from doing better, being better and putting myself out there! ☹️

But I've realized that this journey is mine alone, and I'm committed to becoming better every single day.

I refuse to let fear dictate my actions any longer. So here I am, taking those first steps towards overcoming my fears and embracing who I am.

Lightly spray a small baking tray with olive oil spray.
Mix 1 egg, 1 ripe banana, 1/3 cup of oats and a small handful of blueberries (optional)
Bake at 350 deg/fahrenheit for 30 mins.

Store in an airtight container or once cooled portion into ziplock bags for a quick breakfast on the run. 🫶

My beautiful daughter-in-law 🫶sent me a little reminder this morning (with a beautiful message) of how far I have come!

Sometimes we forget to stop and reflect on how far we have come in our journey. 🧳

The voice in my head is constantly telling me I’m not getting anywhere, you don’t look skinny enough, how can you encourage others when you look like this!! 😖

But I’m here to say STOP 🛑 look back at those photos, look at your reflection in the mirror, and be proud of yourself. 🥰

Yes I may have wrinkles, bags under my eyes and I still haven’t hit ‘goal’ weight but;

I HAVE LOST 17 KILOS, HAVE BETTER MENTAL HEALTH, AND THE ABILITY TO SHOW UP FOR MY MENTEE’S EVERY DAY 🥳
