So our Annual Lew Parfitt Memorial Tournament is just under 5 days away and we have an impressive raffle prize to be won thanks to “The Snooker Shop”

Tickets can be purchased as per the below flyer or in the club whenever a committee member is available to accept the entry money.

At $20 an entry for the chance to win a “1066 Billiards Conquer #025 Cue, Extensions and Case” valued just shy of $1400, how can you not grab a couple of tickets???

NOTICE:-

Friday 25th July there will be
NO FRIDAY NIGHT COMPETITION

Due to the first round of our Annual Lew Parfitt Memorial Tournament kicking off at 7pm, the room will be closed off to members and public from 6pm.

Tables will be open up until 6pm when the committee will brush, block and Iron the tables and make ready the room for the Tournaments round 1 to start at 7pm.

We apologise in advance of any inconvenience this will bring but in order to deliver a positive and streamlined tournament experience, these games have been brought forward to Friday night to help with time frames and the overall timing of the competition.

For all those who are playing, we wish you well and to those who are not please try and get down to the room to watch what should be some great snooker over the weekend.

You can’t have an Annual Snooker Tournament without having the ability to purchase some quality gear?!?!

The Snooker Shop - “Shop to You” is coming to Panthers for the Annual Lew Parfitt Memorial Tournament.

The Snooker Shop will be onsite setup on Saturday 26th July for all of your snookering needs.

Come and say hello to Jason and the team.
Who knows, you may just be “chosen by the Cue” as they like to say.

Either way, quality gear will be on hand for purchasing, if you need it. And we all know, because we say it to our partners, “you can never have too much snooker equipment!!!!”

So that is a wrap on our inaugural Interclub verse Club Banora.

Port Macquarie is victorious 32-18 but that is not a great reflection on how close the competition was.

Banora was well and truly in the race, so much so the score was tired at 15 a piece a one point and the remaining games could have gone either way.

Stand outs when it comes to players were Jimmy Thomson 4/5 and Paul Gregoraci 4/5 taking out most wins for their respective A grade sides. Likewise Cooper Thomson and Michael Cosh for their highest breaks at 26 and 76 respectively.

B grade sides saw Ric Grunsell 3/5 and Jeff Maillou 5/5 take out most wins with the younger contingent showing us how to get the trophies for highest breaks.
Adam Grunsell (aged 14) with 16 and Tylah Smith (aged 14) with 21.

A great weekend had by all as usually experienced with our Interclub competitors/ now mates.

We throughly enjoyed having you guys down from the Tweed and we look forward to being guests at our next clash.
