Port Macquarie Panthers Snooker Club Social competitions every Wednesday and Friday night at 6.00pm. Visitors welcome.

Port Macquarie Panthers Snooker & Billiards Club is located at 1 Bay Street Port Macquarie, next door to Settlement City Shopping Centre at Port Macquarie Panthers. Come down and learn to play snooker and billiards in a friendly club, where you can meet people, and have some fun. Various competitions and tournaments held through out the year cater to all levels of experience and ability, so anybody can have a go!!

Wednesday and Friday night comp will not be run on 24th, 26th and 31st of this month due to Christmas and New Years Eve.

The room will still be open for anyone that wishes to have a social hit.

Port Macquarie Panthers Snooker Club Presentation/Christmas Party day……..

13th December 1:00pm in the snooker room for an afternoon of recognising those who have been exceptional in our differing snooker/billiard based disciplines this year.

The day will start with the trophies and some food, followed by a snooker competition with a difference and plenty of frivolity.

Lucky door prizes are on the agenda too……!!

We are looking forward to seeing all our friendly faced members on hand to celebrate the year that has been and have a celebratory drink, laugh and all round membership comradery.

Yesterday we played our 2025 Club Championship Billiards Competition.

A day of long and short Jenny’s and long losers but in the end we had ourselves a winner.
And a very formidable winner at that.

Ben Kleeman went through the round robin stage undefeated and then tidied up in the final being a clear victor over Joey Darby. No real major breaks to report of but a consistant scoring on each approach to the table did tbe trick.

We have our 2025 Scratch Singles Club Champion.

In a fantastic display of snooker, the final curtain closed on the game with a 4-2 victory to Craig Russ.

Congratulations Craig for a well deserved title claimed today.

Both Gents played extremely well and we would also like to thank the club president, Ian Ballands, for his time in refereeing this game with the help of Paul Gregoraci as the official score keeper.

Congratulations Ben Kleeman and Joe Darby on becoming this years Club Championship Scratch Doubles WINNERS!!!

A convincing 2-0 win over Terry Jenner and Mel Williams.

Both teams played well as a couple all day but Joe and Ben got it flowing together in the final playing some very classy snooker.

Interclub 2 against Gosford RSL for the year, on their turf, and Port Macquarie have silenced their opponents. Well all except Tony Davies but he could talk and heckle under water with a mouth full of Marbles. What he can’t say though, and be truthful about it, is that Gosford won.

Port Macquarie is VICTORIOUS!!!

32-29 in what was, agian, a close and hard fought Interclub weekend.
Special mention to Tony Davies for the extremely loud laugh at Kelsey clear missing on the break and deafening everyone in a two kilometre radius, yet who is laughing now as we have returned home only to reset the shield in OUR trophy cabinet?

On a serious note, we would like to thank all from Gosford RSL for making our visit a fun, laugh filled and enjoyable weekend with a bit of snooker thrown in for good measure. We thoroughly enjoy our times spent with likeminded sports men and women and we look forward to our future competition.
