Allie and her incredible team absolutely transformed Half Acre… and honestly, we have never seen a better linen installation in my life. Every single detail was perfection.

After 9 amazing years with Top Dog, Shelley is moving on to an exciting new opportunity.

It’s honestly hard to put into words just how much Shelley has meant to both me personally and the business over the past decade.

Her loyalty, work ethic, care for our clients, artists and events, and the energy she has brought to the office every single day have played such a huge role in Top Dog’s growth.

From weddings to major events, race days, late nights, early mornings, and everything in between, Shelley has been there through so many important moments, and the business genuinely won’t feel the same without her around the office each day.

Quite simply, Shelley has been the best employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.

While I’m obviously incredibly sad to see her go, I’m also really excited for this next chapter and opportunity in her career.. and I know she’s going to absolutely smash it.

The good news is Shell will still be involved in some key Top Dog events moving forward, and no matter what, she’ll always be part of the family.

Thanks for everything Shelley.. you’ve truly been one of a kind.
