In my defence...

I’m currently building a brand new program from scratch.

Which sounds exciting until you’re knee-deep in lesson plans, workbooks, content ideas, automations, sales pages, tech, emails and approximately 7,432 decisions.

Some days I feel like I’ve got it all figured out.

Other days I’m one minor inconvenience away from becoming a cow farmer in the Highlands of Scotland.

But we’re making progress.

One lesson, one workbook and one slight emotional breakdown at a time. 🤣

Over the next few months I’ll be sharing the behind-the-scenes journey of building a new program for Airbnb hosts, boutique hotels, holiday cottages and short-term rental owners who want more confidence in their marketing and more direct bookings.

A little bit excited. A little bit terrified.

This week I’m officially starting the journey of building something I’ve been talking about for a very long time.

It’s called The Bothy.

For those who know my Scottish roots, a bothy is a simple shelter in the mountains. A place where travellers can rest, share stories, swap knowledge and find community before continuing their journey.

And that’s exactly what I want this to become.

A place for holiday accommodation owners who want to attract more guests, build confidence in their marketing, gain more direct bookings and connect with others who truly understand the journey they’re on.

Right now it’s still being built.

You’ll see the ideas, the lessons, the wins, the mistakes, the overthinking, the breakthroughs and everything in between.

So if you’re an Airbnb host, accommodation owner or tourism operator, I’d love for you to follow along.
