We are now in Guling – Orchid Season on Wurundjeri Country.

As Guling begins in late July through late September, the land stirs with new life: delicate orchids emerge, silver wattles (Muyan) burst into vibrant yellow, and male koalas bellow at night as part of their mating ritual.

This season marks a subtle shift from Waring (Wombat Season)—the cold, misty months begin to ease, giving way to warmer days and renewed energy.

We were proud to be engaged by MB Squared to support the 2025 Youth Summit hosted by the Queensland Family and Child Commission, where over 300 attendees from across the state came together to listen to some incredible speakers share their lived experiences and shape solutions for a brighter future.

Our graphic recordings captured the energy, insights, and amplified the voices of participants throughout the day—from key topics based on the ARACY Nest Wellbeing Framework.

These real-time visuals were featured in the official 2025 Youth Summit Report, helping to bring the messages of these young people’s voices to life in a powerful and lasting way.

This NAIDOC Week, we're proud to celebrate and amplify First Nations voices. 🖤💛❤️

We had the privilege of creating a video for Hoops 4 Health AUS—an incredible organisation that empowers Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities through sport, mentoring, and leadership.

Founded by Timmy Duggan, the first Aboriginal basketballer from the NT to play in the NBL, Hoops 4 Health AUS is more than a game. It’s a force for positive change.

Seeing our illustrations bring their message to life was an honour—and a reminder of the power of storytelling to inspire, educate, and lead change.

We were proud to sponsor the recent Association of Independent Schools of South Australia Governance Conference, where education leaders came together to explore the theme: Tackling the Leadership Crisis.

Throughout the day, our team live sketched the key discussions —capturing insights as they happened and turning them into engaging visuals that sparked reflection and conversation.

As part of our the event, we also ran our IdeaSketch activity, where we asked attendees:

🪄If you had a magic wand, what innovative change would you conjure up to solve the leadership crisis?

It was a creative way that provided a unique window into the attendees’ thinking, revealing fresh ideas and common themes around leadership challenges. The responses were creative, courageous, and thoughtful—and we brought them to life, one sketch at a time.
