Get down for the second 'Free Dance' session hosted by Inspired by breathing this Saturday eve at Brunswick Hall and support this great new initiative which will be run by Jareen Wee and Miles Lee!

Meet at 5th Brunswick Scout Hall, 13/04 6-7.30pm, 10$ door entry. Jareen will provide a beautiful landing a guided warm up before Miles spins some ambient, experimental and earthy beats to move your body too. Sessions will be accompanied with some nibbles and space to connect with other movers.

'Free Dance' sessions feature guided movement improvisation encouraging participants to connect to the vitality in their body, the pleasure of dancing with others and exploring new artistic and personal territory.

Recorded during the harshest months of the Finnish winter, Bliss By Lakeside is an inner worldly adventure full of peace, patience and purity. Combining the sounds of analogue synthesisers along side field recordings recorded by Jambe, from the marshy banks of the Goulburn River in Australia, to summer moments captured by Lake Geneva. What feels at first like an under water exploration, the listener is taken away from the depths and towards the innocence of playfulness on a summers day.
