Due to an emergency situation, the local council has temporarily turned off the water supply in our area for an undetermined time period. This has impacted water access and services in the shopping centre and external cafes, restaurants & services. πŸŒ€ Service Update – Tuesday 11 March πŸŒ€

Our services are steadily recovering, and we appreciate your patience as we navigate these challenges. Here’s the current plan for tomorrow (Tuesday):

πŸ”Ή Vehicle Ferries:
Great news! Our vehicle ferries will be back to their normal timetable from Tuesday. You can check the schedule and make bookings online here: https://www.sealink.com.au/north-stradbroke-island/

πŸ”Ή Passenger Ferries:
Passenger ferries will operate during daylight hours, starting with the first service from Cleveland at 5:45am and the last service departing Dunwich at 5:30pm. We are unable to operate at night due to the risk of debris, so please plan your travel accordingly.

⚠️ Dunwich Office Closure:
Our Dunwich office did not cope well in the rain and will remain closed for the foreseeable future. We have a reservations consultant stationed in Dunwich and another on a vehicle ferry, but operations are still challenging.

βœ‰οΈ NSI bookings are open online. For any enquiries, please contact our team at 07 3488 5300 or email [email protected].

πŸ™ Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work hard to restore full service. We’ll continue to provide updates as new information becomes available.

⚠️ Important update from Translink: The journey planner may not be accurate at this time, so please check this page for the latest service updates.

πŸš† Note: There are currently no services on the Cleveland line.

πŸŒ€ Service Update for Tuesday 11 March πŸŒ€

Our services are continuing to recover, and we appreciate your patience as we work through the challenges. Here is the current plan for tomorrow (Tuesday):

πŸ”Ή Passenger Ferries
Passenger ferries will be operating during daylight hours, approximately 6am to 6pm. We will share the exact timetable when we have it. We are unable to operate at night due to the risk of debris, so please consider this when planning your travel.

πŸ”Ή Vehicle Ferries
Two vehicle ferries will be running in the morning, with the potential for a third vessel in the afternoon once it returns from the slip. Our team is working hard to move bookings around and prioritise emergency and essential services.

For booking enquiries, contact our team on 07 3488 5300 or at [email protected]. Please note that wait times on phones may be long.

πŸ™ Some of our offices have been impacted by flooding, and we are experiencing power and internet outages. Thank you for your patience as we work hard to return things to normal.
