Despite facing indictable charges—including aggravated burglary and high-speed driving of a stolen car—the two teens involved in Sunday’s deadly crash, aged 14 and 17, have been granted bail.

The recently revised bail laws under the current government exclude offenders under 18, despite being intended to target those committing truly horrific crimes. So essentially, there are no real consequences for breaking the law - just a bloody joke, thanks, Jacinta!!
