**RELEASE ANNOUNCEMENT | SOAR-004** HELLSTORM APOCALYPSE (AUS) – S/T DEMO EP on MCD | DIGITAL: Sphere of Apparition Records proudly presents our fourth instalment of damnation and anti-scripture; Australia’s Hellstorm Apocalypse. Their self-titled debut demonstration of dark death/black metal due for release 21-NOV-25.

It's near 15 years since DOOMSAYER (Guitars/Bass/Vocals/Synth) last collaborated with long-time comrade HELLAEON (Drums). Previously conspiring in Adelaidian entities such as Beyond Mortal Dreams, Suffering, ONI and Darklord, 2024 wrought a desire to construct something dark and primal between them.

HELLSTORM APOCALYPSE delivers five tracks and just under 30 minutes of destructive, dark black/death metal, including a cover of ARMOURED ANGEL’s ‘Hymn of Hate’. Thick, churning riffs, righteous guitar solos and dynamic synth passages combine to create insidiously aphotic soundscapes. Hellaeon’s return from the abysses is scored by a violent combination of signature Hellaeon blasts encased in heavy, bone jarring strikes. Pure manic furiosity; whilst Doomsayer’s trademark cavernous, yet varied vocal range, rounds out the bands overall suffocating density.

Angel’s fall, demons rise, the portal opened, a world of fire. Hellstorm Apocalypse awaits.

Unholy Redeemer, a new Death Metal project with members hailing from Australia, Denmark, and Finland. Comprised of musicians from bands like Desecresy, Undergang and Nocturnal Graves, the group specializes in a particularly dark and old-school style of Death Metal. Their demo 'A Fever to Dethrone All Kings' is something to check out if you're a fan of Sadistic Intent, Morbid Angel and Incantation. Steven (guitars) and Jens (vocals) are here to tell you more about this international project.

But for those that have witnessed Karyorrhexis’ initial live rituals in Brisbane and Melbourne, you can’t help but acknowledge that new, primal energy of a band that fans of Krypts or Immolation might enjoy.
