Over the past few months, I’ve poured my heart into a project close to my soul—writing songs designed to support mental health. 🎶🧠 Most of the lyrics are my own, drawing from evidence-based therapy techniques, and I’ve used AI to bring them to life.

Many of my clients also provided valuable input, and I thank them infinitely for their insights—especially for putting in the work to help themselves. Their courage has been a driving force behind this project.

The goal has always been simple: to uplift and help people through tough times. Because of that, these songs are completely free and available to anyone who might find comfort or strength in them.

✨ Please help me spread the word by sharing this post so these songs can reach those who need them most. Mental health awareness and prevention should be part of our everyday lives, not just something we focus on during RUOK Day.
