A HUGE storm hit us on the west coast, the lakes are full, parks were flooded and below is the result in Busselton 👇

I was jolted awake just after midnight by the brightest flash of lightning, seconds later, a massive boom of thunder shook our whole house.

Let me know if you heard that thunder, it was the loudest I have ever heard!

The Rockingham Jobs Fair was held today.

I headed down with my eldest daughter to check out the range of opportunities for training and employment. From TAFE, defence, Murdoch Uni and so much more, there was something for everyone.

Thanks to the City of Rockingham – Local Government and Rockingham Kwinana Chamber of Commerce for putting on a great event.

How amazing is this photo taken in Safety Bay at "The Pond".

Local Sheena Davies took this snap as they were fishing and popped it up on one of the local chat groups for others to enjoy.

After a huge response from locals, Sheena entered it into the Rockingham photo competition and earlier this week, received notification that it had been chosen as a finalist. The photo will be on display from the 6th till 16th at the Gary Holland Community Centre.

Congratulations Sheena! A winning photo for sure.

Microsoft officially shuts down Skype.

It's the end of an era for many. Skype, the video calling service that was once so popular it became a verb, has now officially shut down.

Purchased by Microsoft in 2011 with approx 170 million users, Skype was a pioneer in making telephone calls using the internet instead of landlines.

The decision to shut down Skype reflects Microsoft’s strategy to prioritise Teams and streamline its main communications app against competitors.

A once revolutionary platform that changed how the world connected online. Including myself.. how about you?

Super proud of our Aussie Oscar!

The 24 year old, now becomes the first McLaren driver to win three consecutive F1 races since Mika Häkkinen achieved the feat in 1998.

"There’s still definitely some things to work on,” Piastri said after the triumph.
“Constantly got to keep learning. Very happy to leave Miami on top.”

He continued: “Two years ago at Miami we were the slowest team. I think we were lapped twice.

The South Sydney Rabbitohs recently came to Perth for a game and of course we attended with super excited little bunnies in tow!

The day before, Optus Stadium opened its doors for the training session, and as always, the guys took time to sign autographs and snap photos with fans.

Hello and welcome to my page! thanks for visiting.

Below is a bit about me and my business EMS Social Media Management which was built from the ground up into a successful social media management agency.

After many years creating numerous successful pages and groups for friends, co workers, other small business owners, I began to help others do the same and often ended up managing those pages.

Since leaving high school I studied retail and jumped straight into a part time job for one of the largest charities in the world, I left my first day with a full time job and was soon offered a position as head of their marketing department. Further to this, I also managed a lot of their Perth stores, call centres, held successful store openings, events and fundraisers. I loved helping others and still do.
