Reflection time 💫

Success is not sailing through life without any problems and getting everything you want... Success is going through your journey, working incredibly hard, overcoming your mistakes and failures and growing from them to create something amazing 🤩

I still find it incredibly hard to managing my time to find new clients and generate leads, work, socialise, workout and work on myself. It all seems so much sometimes!! 😴

As I’m still learning, I am making changes to my life everyday! This is the reason why I’m so excited for my journey!

Don’t be so hard on yourself and enjoy the process! 💫

𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞: 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫

Everyone is different, but this is what a productive day usually looks like for me, working as a Social Media Manager. Definitely not this organised all the time might I add! 🤣

5:00am – 7:00am 🕗
Wake up, get showered, have breakfast and go to shoot content

7:30𝐚𝐦 – 9:30𝐚𝐦 🕘
Gym and stretching

10:00𝐚𝐦 – 10:30𝐚𝐦 🕘
Set up work area with everything I will need for the day ahead.

10:30𝐚𝐦 – 11:00𝐚𝐦 🕘
Answering all important emails/dm’s/social media comments and engage with followers, then make a to-do list of all the tasks which I want to complete for the day.

I will also usually look at my diary for the week ahead and see if I will have time to take on any new clients! If so, I will send my proposals out to some brands I want to work with.

11𝐚𝐦 – 12𝐚𝐦 🕙
Secure any new clients and update diary. Then monitor and asses analytics of clients social media accounts, take note of results and how we can improve further with future content. Begin content creation working from calendar which was created month prior.

12𝐚𝐦 - 𝟏𝐩𝐦 🕚
Zoom meeting with client/clients. Post content, engage with audience.

𝟏𝟐𝐩𝐦 - 𝟏𝐩𝐦 🕛
Lunch!🥗🌮🥪

𝟏𝐩𝐦 - 3𝐩𝐦 🕑
Begin work on calling potential clients, SEO work, social media content creation, loads of research in target market and competitors/keyword research.

Big chunk of time because writing/editing/creating usually takes up most of my day - I do a lot of it!

𝟒𝐩𝐦 – 7:00𝐩𝐦 🕓
Go to work! I work as a swim coach to make sure I can stay afloat with my money. I also really enjoy working as a swim coach because I love helping kids with their swimming as I was a swimmer back in the day!

*Would love to say my work day finishes there but realistically I’m usually up until very late at night doing it! 😂 But I am trying my best to get my day looking a lot more structured like this.

5 strategies to maximise growth and improve engagement on Instagram 🤟🏽

Social media is all about having the opportunity to engage with your audience and get to know them better. Like, comment, share posts and follow pages you find valuable and others will do the same for you in future.

Posting consistently will strengthen your brand image and increase followers by proving to your audience that you are active, you will add regular, valuable content to their feeds, and you are professional. We all have super busy life’s, so make sure that your posting schedule is realistic and balanced.
