LEGLESS HQ 2.0

After the initial years at Doe St, I’ve spent the last 2.5 years running the label from under the stairs at my mother in laws house, a necessary stepping stone but finally back in my own space again.

A huge thanks to Amy for hosting me and to for helping me with the fit out of the new digs.

I appreciate everyone’s patience and support over the last couple of years, there were a few moments of doubt but we are well and truly ready to rock n roll again!

LP is out this Friday which is almost sold out already in pre sale, and the recent LP is also running pretty low.

Those who missed out, USA shipping is back on through AusPost so all Legless stock is back shipping state side.

“The song Fall Out Of The Future started with a picture and the chunky colours of a particular commute - The shipping containers, choppy cold city greys, all the blues of the sea and the pale concrete. Driving over the bridge that way is such a marker of getting distance on the day and Fall out of the Future (the single and the album’s) words all seem to be about moving, stolen moments, the sea and loosening the grip on certainty.

All of us wash up at jams after work in Rye or North Melbourne with different shrapnel from the day on our minds, and with our regularity there’s a language we’ve made - This album feels like all the colours, pictures and stories from our summer to winter together.”

Doe St are back after almost 3 years in hiatus, some new members, new sounds and a few more decibels.

4 tracks all self recorded live and raw on the Ninch, with a special homage to the Sunnyboys at the end, covering “Thrill”.

There will be a limited release of cassettes available in near future through the band but for now it will be available for FREE digital download via LEGLESS RECORDS Bandcamp & your usual scumbag streaming services.
