You can know exactly what you “should” do.
Set the boundary.
Ask for help.
Speak up.
Make the decision.
And still not fu***ng do it.
Because in real life, those decisions come with people attached.
People who might get annoyed.
People who might be disappointed.
People who are used to you doing things a certain way.
There are jobs, kids, relationships, history, guilt, money, responsibilities.
That’s the bit generic advice skips over.
Knowing what needs to change and actually being able to change it inside the life you already have are two very different things.
And if you’ve known for a long time that something needs to change, but you’re still living the same way, ask yourself:
How much longer do I want to keep living like this?
Because the alternative isn’t necessarily blowing your whole life up.
It’s getting to the point where you can make decisions that work for you too, and not immediately undo them because somebody else is uncomfortable with them.
That’s what I help you do.
Not just know what needs to change.
Actually change how you live it.
If you’re ready for that, DM me.
