Brigades have confirmed the fire is a registered burn off.

EARLIER:

Fire brigades are currently responding to a bushfire near Rheola.

Multiple calls have come in at around 2.50pm and at least two units have been requested to attend a fire on Cains Track, just off the Bealiba-Rheola Road.
