Welcome to River's End, a quite city of modern mediocrity but behind that curtain lies a war of long destruction where various cults have ripped each other to shreds to be the city's puppet master.

The Kirin Clan is one of the last survivors of this war, close to becoming a victor. Among the prestigious members of this clan lies Tora, the General. Tora and many others in the Kirin Clan have access to a well of power called 'Shi No Tenshi' which gives them the ability to create anything from thin air. This power has given them a major upper-hand in the war and has been taught to many generations of initiates.

Tora unexpectedly becomes connected to the cult's god, Kirin, this causes a major divide in the cult's hierarchy. This leads to Tora's exile from the cult that she grew up in. With Kirin by her side, however, she vows to take back the Kirin Clan.
