📸 Seacliff Village residential and retail update.

The $900 million Seacliff village development located off Ocean Boulevard/Brighton Road will ultimately feature 600 apartments, 143 terrace homes, an 18m medical complex, 115-place childcare centre and an Anytime Fitness; along with a 7,865sqm retail centre with 400 car parks, anchored by a Coles Supermarket, along with a Liquorland, Metro Fresh and Terry White Chemists.

Should Seacliff Village be in City of Holdfast Bay or City of Marion?

Right now the development awkwardly cuts across both councils.

City of Holdfast Bay last night endorsed a submission to request that the whole Seacliff Village development sit within their council boundary.

However, the boundary is currently proposed to be moved to fully locate the development within the City of Marion.
