So happy to type here that ‘Can’t Help But Wonder’ by Ethanol Blend is out today - my favourite album of theirs yet (I know I have to say that but I actually mean it). It’s been incredibly inspiring to watch the band continue to evolve and grow by keeping a fresh perspective on how they create music, but also how people interact with the songs. Creating a community of great friends and people around the band. From a Daybed side, big props to Jack, he’s put SO much emotion and energy into these songs and worked fkn hard (and intuitively) on how to best serve these songs from a DIY labels perspective. By getting the album out there and creating art around the music so people feel apart of it. But not just putting it out into the digital abyss, actually getting people together to enjoy music and feel something tangible! It’s great to see his mind at work. And after all the years, the band are still such great mates which is the main thing. Long live EB ❤️ love Tom
