Trialing the new front mudguard from on CD90z Restomod while exploring deep into the Lake Cethana area. Love how nimble the bike is!

Put a better front mudguard on CD90z Restomod and a honda crf style rear mudguard for better form and function offroad. Got them from for a steal and tbey look great and I bet they will work well to.

Took the the CD90z Restomod for its first real trip into the wild! Exploring around dogs head hill in the mersey forest. Easy trails but a great shake down ride.

Changed the bars out on the CD90z Restomod to RHK Highrise Pitbike bars. Gives me a better standing position and more comfy sitting position at the expense of the cool look of the oldschool bars. Not sure if they will stay 🤷‍♂️

Took the the CD90z Restomod out for another tuning ride! This thing is quite nimble and has a great short first gear. Makes me feel really confident

Took the the CD90z Restomod out for another tuning ride! Thats not the final seat, it just fit!!! Now runs perfect with af screw 2.5 turns out, idle jet stock and idle at 1.5 turns out, needle jet in postion 1 and stock main. Videos to come

Oil change, tank on and the first Start of the Lifan 140cc swapped 1969 Honda CD90Z export. Yup it needs a tune but it goes!!!! 😈

Todays progress with a skid plate, chain guard, rear shocksand oil cooler for the Still more to do on the 1969 Honda CD90z Restomod with Lifan 140cc but its Looking more and more like a bike now! Its basically a 140 pitbike in a classic frame. I will be working on some styling ideas now 😁😁😁😁👍👍👍👍

I planed on a Lifan 140cc Full Bike engine and electrics swap and conversion to 12v and LED is going well! Going to be a little beast when its done. Hoping it will do 100kph cruising. It will have about 50% more power than a stock cd90 or s90.

Todays progress with tje wiring harness extended and pulled through the frame, a s90 battery cover installed and a skid plate on. The downer was the brake lines from the supplier were rubbish so have to wait for another to arrive. Still more to do on the 1969 Honda CD90z Restomod with Lifan 140cc but its Looking more and more like a bike now! Its basically a 140 pitbike in a classic frame. Cant wait! 😈 Have some styling ideas now 😁😁😁😁👍👍👍👍

Made even more progress today, with footpegs, wiring, kill switch on the 1969 Honda CD90z Restomod with Lifan 140cc. Looking more and more like a bike now! Its basically a 140 pitbike in a classic frame. Cant wait! 😈 Have some styling ideas now 😁😁😁😁👍👍👍👍

Made huge progress today, with the 1969 Honda CD90z Restomod with Lifan 140cc. Carb, controls, chain alignment and even mocked up the exhaust. Looking like a bike now! Its basically a 140 pitbikein a classic frame. Cant wait! 😈
