Can it understand what the customer actually needs?
Ask the next question?
Collect the photos, measurements or information?
Qualify them?
Book them?
Follow up?
Take payment?
And know when something genuinely needs 𝗬𝗢𝗨?

Because I don’t want AI pretending to be the electrician, injector, accountant or business owner.

I’ve had a LOT of conversations with business owners today about our Ai Concierge.

My favourite objection so far?

“Oh, but nobody can quote like I do.”

Okay. Fair.
But why are we jumping straight to getting Ai to quote exactly like you?

What happens BEFORE the quote?

The missed call while you’re on a job.
The “how much?” message at 8pm.
Finding out what they actually need. Getting their suburb, measurements, photos, timeframe, budget. Following up when they disappear.

Does all of THAT really need you?

That’s the part I think business owners need to get their heads around.

Ai doesn’t need to replace the thing you’re brilliant at.

It needs to take the s**t surrounding it off your plate.

And then we train it.
