We know everyone is super excited to receive their preorders, and we can’t thank you enough for your patience!
For anyone new to how we work, here’s a quick rundown of the process:
Preorders are open for about **two weeks**, giving everyone time to place their orders. Once that window closes, we send everything off to our supplier, where our order goes into their production queue.
Production generally takes around **4 to 6 weeks**, depending on how busy they are. Then we add:
- The **initial 2-week preorder period**
- **Shipping time** to us
- Time for our team to do **quality checks** and pack orders individually
So overall, we estimate about **10 to 12 weeks** from the time preorders open to the time your goodies arrive at your door — as long as everything runs smoothly.
