Operating our page
The Griffith Film School page is maintained by the Queensland College of Art (QCA) and Griffith Film School Web Publishing Team. TAFE NSW are kicking things off before throwing to Griffith Film School for a 1-hour contribution, as part of the 24-hour live stream that spans six continents.

Featuring content produced by students from 18 universities worldwide, On Air’s central hub at Ravensbourne University London will guide audiences through live coverage and connect the stories unfolding from participating universities across the globe.

On Air will stream live worldwide on YouTube and remain available afterwards, ensuring employers, mentors and educators can continue to engage with the content and connect with students.

Thanks to Filmink for the coverage of '100% Pure Rage', the debut feature film from Haruki Ryles which will screen at SXSW Sydney this week - the only Queensland feature film selected for inclusion! 💪

Ryles - who wrote, directed and appeared in the film - collaborated with a team of fellow Griffith Film School students across disciplines including screen producing, cinematography, sound design and original score to bring the story to life.

So proud to see Griffith Film School students Olivia Edwards and Lily Podlich selected as one of only five finalists in the Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts (AACTA) and Sony Australia AACTA Pitch: Focus 2025 initiative! 🎥

Along with Maya Podlich, Olivia and Lily will now get access to Sony equipment to complete a proof-of-concept film for judging. The final recipient will receive loan equipment and a $15,000 production fund.
