Happy new year from Japan 🇯🇵

Very cold and lost a suitcase along the way in Hong Kong, but all good getting it hand delivered the next day and enjoyed lots of good food and saw new years in with some awesome people. Few more weeks of catching up with family and friends, exploring and seeing new things. On the lookout for bike tracks but I’m not holding my breath 🤞 good luck at the SW Bash 💪

Hey crew, no sessions for a little bit. Between work, family and BMX committee responsibilities I have heaps on my plate and with the year ending the kids aren’t training towards anything. I’ll post up when I find time to run sessions 🚴‍♂️

Well what a big week it has been with an awesome opportunity to ride nationals here in WA 🤘The track looked awesome, action was 🔥 but the track was also unforgiving.

Well done to all you rock stars not only for your performance this week, but all year building for states and nationals week 👍 There was some awesome passages of riding which might not have shown in your final result, but everyone rode spectacularly against the best riders in the country💪 Proud of you all!!!

Owen escaped relatively unscathed from his crash Monday in practice but it prevented him from competing this week 😔 All the best to Jack as he recovers from an injured wrist on Tuesday. Will miss your enthusiasm at training mate!!

Congratulations Nerida and Jorja on your well deserved National Plates 💪 💪 💪

Training will be back next week. I’ll get a post up in the morning

Ok Racers I’m working til Saturday morning but I’d love to give you an opportunity for a last minute practice before nationals and a bit of a reward so here’s the plan.
Saturday 2:30-5pm. Free for anyone who has been to any of my sessions over the year. I’ll supply some free drinks too 🧃

It will be essentially “open practice” but I’ll be there to chat to, help with anything specific and I’ll ride a few laps with the kids etc.

I’ll need a couple parents to help please with gate starting and anyone with first aid that can help watch. Bring a chair and sit up on the hill for a bit while the kids wear themselves out 🤣

If you could comment below if you think you’re coming so I have rough numbers and can bring plenty of drinks along 👍
