🌟 Diwali Under the Lights at Brighton Homes Arena 🌟

Grateful to have joined the Diwali Festival of Footy at Brighton Homes Arena — a beautiful blend of sport, culture, and community spirit.

The evening was bursting with colour, energy, and togetherness — a true celebration of unity and inclusion in the spirit of Diwali.

What an exciting finale, with the Brisbane Lions roaring to victory! 🦁🎉 A perfect symbol of Diwali’s message — the triumph of light over darkness.

From dazzling fireworks to delicious food, and from thrilling footy to festive vibes — it was an unforgettable night that showcased the strength of Australia’s multicultural heart.

FICQ Diwali 2025 — Lighting Up King George Square!

Once again, FICQ Diwali was simply the best — amazing teamwork, a full house, vibrant performances, and mouth-watering food! 🎶💃🍛

The entire King George Square sparkled with Diwali vibes on Friday, 24th October 2025, as Brisbane came together to celebrate the Festival of Lights with music, dance, culture, and a lively DJ party! 🕺✨

It was truly a night to remember — filled with joy, unity, and the spirit of togetherness.

A big kudos to the entire FICQ team for putting together such a spectacular celebration that showcased our city’s rich multicultural spirit. 🙌

The celebration will take place at the iconic King George Square in Brisbane, a central and easily accessible venue, from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. This event is completely free and open to everyone, making it a perfect opportunity for families, friends, and community members to enjoy. Join us for a lively day filled with cultural 🕺💃 performances, traditional dances, food stalls 🍉🍓🍍offering delicious Indian sweets 🍭 and snacks, fireworks 🎉, and activities suitable for all ages.
