Without a doubt, Mark Ronson is one of this generation’s most prolific, successful, and eclectic record producers.
Since breaking into the recorded music scene in 2003 with his debut LP Here Comes the Fuzz, the London-born hitmaker has crafted some of the most iconic songs of the 21st century and collaborated with a Teledex of A-list artists. From modest beginnings as a DJ in NYC during his NYU days, Ronson has become the musical architect behind Amy Winehouse, Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, and more.

A multi-Grammy winner and Oscar recipient for his work on A Star Is Born, Ronson is set to release his first memoir later this month. Night People chronicles those formative DJ days in New York during the late ’90s.

Now 50, Ronson continues to shine—though he looks at least 20 years younger—and belongs to a rare class of musical innovators from the past three decades, alongside legends like Babyface and Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins.
