Today, a huge chapter of my life unfolded.
After 20 yearsā€¦ I finally met my father.
Itā€™s hard to put into words what Iā€™m feelingā€¦ nervous, emotional, overwhelmed, and everything in between.
I never thought this day would come, but here it isā€¦ and itā€™s real. šŸ„ŗ

This is Jeronimo. Heā€™s 7 yo. And we call him Nimo. He might not be on film more than Jette, cause sometimes he doesnā€™t want to be filmed. He only films when he agrees. If youā€™ve already met us in person, you would know that Nimo is super friendly. He is THE MOST SOCIABLE PERSON in the family. Like literally the MOST SOCIABLE person šŸ¤£ he has a very gentle soul, he is VERY CARING to everyone except to his sister šŸ¤£šŸ¤£ he is VERY FRIENDLY and he talks super gently. Nimo is growing into a very good Christian boy thatā€™s why we are all so proud of him! ā¤ļø

This is El Nidoā€”and these photos came straight from my camera. No edits at all. This is the actual color of the water here: crystal blue and absolutely mesmerising!!
We spent 3 days exploring the stunning islands of El Nido, and we are just utterly amazed. Itā€™s seriously one of the most beautiful places weā€™ve ever been to!!! šŸ˜
Next school holidays, Iā€™m taking Jette, Nimo, and the whole fam somewhere again here in the Philippines šŸ‡µšŸ‡­šŸ’› And thank you so much PalaweƱa for making our last day in El Nido so unforgettable. What a dream. šŸŒ“šŸŒŠā˜€ļø

The joys of going to the markets!!!
I was walking past these two ā€œtinapaā€ (smoked fish) vendors and just couldnā€™t help but stop ā€” they reminded me so much of my grandparents. Both of my grandparents used to sell for a living too.
I ended up chatting with them, asking if they knew my grandparents and how long theyā€™ve been doing this kind of work. It felt so special to be talking to people who mightā€™ve crossed paths with my inang and tatang.
I bought all their fish so they could pack up early and go home to rest ā¤ļø

Before we left the province, I did a little surprise for all my uncles and aunties. All my mumā€™s siblings. Itā€™s me giving back to them cause when I was a baby, they all made sure I was fed and had a home to live in and now that theyā€™re all getting old, itā€™s time to give back! I am gonna make sure that they are all being fed and comfortable. I love them to bits and I will forever be grateful on everything theyā€™ve done for me!!! I LOVE THEM SO MUCCCCCCCCHHHHHH!!!!!!
