PUBLIC STATEMENT | SERIAH PALEPALE

EXCEL Sports Management issues this statement on behalf of Seriah Palepale following the court outcome and her requested release from the St George Illawarra Dragons on compassionate grounds.

Seriah sincerely apologises to the wider community, police and everyone affected by her actions. She accepts full responsibility for the danger she created and understands that rebuilding trust requires sustained action.

Her immediate priorities are meeting her court obligations, rehabilitation and wellbeing, supported by her family and faith.

She is also committed to using her profile to give back to the community, working with young people to help them avoid similar mistakes, deal with pressure, seek support and make safer decisions.

We thank the Dragons, their wellbeing team and Sam Saadat of Invictus Legal for their continued care and support.

Our focus now is on building strong foundations: developing her speed, agility, explosiveness, skills and the one-percenters that make a difference.

The plan is two years of development through Lisa Fiaola, working towards a strong Tarsha Gale pathway and, ultimately, Harvey Norman Women’s Premiership opportunities. Each step will be earned through growth, consistency and hard work.

There is so much potential here, Sincere, and we’re excited to help you discover what you’re capable of. 💙

Some players catch your eye. Others stay with you. Armeliah Isara did both.

I first spotted Armeliah at the nationals a couple of years ago. We reached out last year, but her family wasn’t ready for management. We respected that.

This year at the NZRL Nationals in Auckland, I remember telling recruiters that, for me, she was the standout Under 18 player of the tournament. With full respect to the talent around her, her consistency, powerful running and football intelligence stood out again and again.

When I’m looking for players ready to take the next step towards an NRLW pathway, those qualities matter.

We reached out again and, through the grace of God, her family felt ready. With others also approaching them, they chose to trust Excel Sports. That means a lot, and we’re already working on her pathway.

From Manurewa, Armeliah only started playing sport at 12. Since then, she’s earned multiple MVP honours, represented Fetu Samoa and Counties Manukau, featured in Warriors pathways and helped her Manurewa Marlins U18 team become undefeated champions. 🏆

But her character matters just as much as her football. Faith and family come first. A big sister with responsibilities at home, she doesn’t say much—she lets her actions speak. She gets the job done and keeps improving.

⚡️ WELCOME ABOARD, JEZEBEL GEORGIA NAVUSOLO ⚡️

We’re extremely excited to welcome Jezebel and her family to Excel Sports Management.

Born in Sydney with proud Fijian heritage, Jezebel brings an outstanding athletic background to rugby league. She began athletics at just six years old and went on to become a NSW Country Champion, represent NSW at multiple national championships, and earn selection for the Australian U18 team in the 200m and 4x100m relay at the 2019 Oceania Championships.

After transitioning to rugby league in 2023 with the Wyong Roos, Jezebel quickly demonstrated her natural speed, power and athletic ability. She helped Wyong win the 2025 Central Coast Women’s Tackle competition before earning the opportunity to play in the 2026 Harvey Norman Women’s Premiership with the Dragons.

Having watched Jezebel play, we believe she has enormous potential. She is still raw and relatively new to rugby league, but her speed, power and willingness to learn give her a very bright future.

When we sat down with Jezebel and her dad, it was immediately clear that their close family bond, strong faith and commitment to personal growth aligned perfectly with our core values.

Since that conversation, Jezebel has consistently kept us updated on her fitness and training—showing the accountability, discipline and hunger required to keep improving.

We’re proud to have Jezebel and her family aboard and excited to be part of the journey ahead.
