From visits with my Zia and spending New Year’s Eve in Brisbane with her, my mum, hubby and baby girl to choosing ME and signing up to .

To remembering a best friend who decided he didn’t want to be here anymore 20 years ago to finally designing my phone vision board.

I also did my first ever speaking event which was a lot of fun - more than I expected it to be.

And spending more time with the ones I love most.

I keep forgetting that not everyone is in my head and that some of you can’t find the trending audio section 😅

First step - find your professional dashboard. This is where you see your bio and posts.

Tap that and then scroll to the bottom and you’ll see “Trending Audio”. Tap this and you’ll see a list of 50 trending audios. You’ll also see a red or green arrow which lets you know what isn’t so great and what is great at that moment.

BONUS TIP: try and find ones with 10k or under uses and over 1 million views on the original post. Thank me later 😉

I thought the biggest win would be views or follower growth… and while those were amazing, the real surprise? The genuine, meaningful conversations I started having with my ideal clients! 💜

I tried posting a reel everyday, for 90 days and this was the result.

- 24k views on my profile

- 40 new ideal client followers

- Dm conversations about how I can help people with my skills

I’m not lying when I say consistency is key. Just imagine where you could be in the next 90 days if you commit to being consistent with your socials and sharing your message?

It doesn’t have to be everyday like this - it can be twice a week or 3 times a week - just pick and go, go, GO!

I did something terrifying today…

I stood up in front of 17 amazing women - one who particularly scared me (in a good way though) - and spoke about what I know and love. Social media and photography/videography.

I spoke about the changes with Instagram that happened over the weekend, how to pick a trending audio, the differences between stories, reels and carousels and so much more.

Then I made them do the scary thing and video themselves for an introduction reel! Haha!

And it’s ok if you want it to look the way it did before because good news - you can adjust your posts! Depending on how many posts you have that need adjusting and how much time you want to spend opening each post and adjusting it…
