There’s so much more to Bali than beach clubs & traffic 🌴

Add these four places to your next Bali itinerary:

🌋Amed: calm fishing and diving village with black sand beaches, INCREDIBLE snorkelling and views of Mt Agung

💦 Munduk: cool mountain air, uncrowded misty waterfalls, coffee plantations, delicious and cheap local food

🌱 Sidemen: peaceful rice terraces, traditional villages and some of Bali’s most beautiful landscapes

🌊 Sanur: relaxed beachfront base with a walkable promenade all along the beach, lots of shopping, dining, bars but no beach clubs or nightclubs - very family friendly

Each offers a completely different side of Bali beyond the typical tourist trail.

✈️ There’s a new-ish budget airline flying direct from Perth to Bali… but is it actually any good? 👀

On our latest Bali trip, we decided to give TransNusa a go. They had the best price for our dates, the flight times were surprisingly decent, and naturally I was curious to see how they compared to the other budget airlines flying this route.

So, would I fly with them again? 🌴
