I spent my birthday doing what I love... guiding people to a place of full bodied freedom and self-expression, to feeling bliss, joy, and deep connection ❤️

My journey over the last few years has been so blessed - full of growth, learning, trust, and of course hard work and grit too! I am so grateful to all those who have supported me along the way, and who keep showing up for themselves 🙏

Change starts here, with us as individuals. When we awaken, our light helps others find their way home, too.

So it took me a little while to build up the courage to make a Part Deux of this series, after the first one unexpectedly went viral. But here I am again, making a fool of myself for your enjoyment 🤣

BEcoming - my first album 🥹✨ It’s here!

I’ve spent months learning a new DAW (switched from Logic to Ableton), experimenting, doubting, trusting, making strange sounds, singing into microphones, recording the world around me, learning new instruments, playing with rhythm, bass, and voice… and somehow, seven tracks have emerged.

This is my first album, and I made it myself. It isn’t perfect, but it’s honest. Some of it is rooted in Javanese prayer and mantra. Some of it came through without words at all. Some of it has been graced with the sounds of Chris Lane with his bansuri flute and digeridoo 🙌 And some of it just wants to move 🔥

Becoming is about returning to ourselves - through sound, through feeling, through remembering who we are underneath everything.

I've been told before that my sets go “too hard.” Maybe they do 😂

But I’ve never wanted to create a dancefloor where everyone politely moves around trying to stay conscious. Yawn.

I want to take you somewhere! Into the primal body.
Into the FREEDOM.

And don't get me wrong. I start slow, in the 60 bpms, and slowly build an arc, with the intention of taking you on a journey. But I believe ecstatic dance needs a roof. Because we need a place where we can let go completely.

My kind of conscious dance is not afraid of intensity.

So I may not be your typical conscious DJ... But give me 1,000 already! 😈🔥

Collecting little pieces of the living world 💚

Water moving over stone. Leaves rustling in the wind. The birds of the forest.

And through this practise, I've been learning to listen differently. Not just for sounds, but for textures, rhythms, and even spaces.

These sounds will find their way into my tracks, my sound journeys, my dances… wherever they belong ❤️🌱

The wellness space doesn't need more people talking about love, authenticity or empowerment. It needs more people living it.

Integrity means honouring your word. Treating people with respect. Being transparent. Owning your mistakes. Creating clear boundaries. Charging and paying fairly. Being accountable. Caring how people experience YOU, not just how they experience your events.

If we speak of love, let us be loving ❤️ If we speak of healing, let us act with compassion ❤️ If we speak of oneness, then remember that how we treat others is ultimately how we treat ourselves ❤️

Walking the path is more important than talking about it. People will always feel the energy we bring!
