We bought a bus!

We are planning to renovate it to fit our family of 6- then travel around Australia, homeschool our kids, and live life off grid and on our terms đź’•

This is a recap of Day 1 of bus renovations.

Bus seat removal- part 1

The front few rows of seats were pretty rusty - so it took a while to get them out - but then we got on a roll.

Sean has to crawl under the bus while I stayed on board and unscrewed everything from there.

It was hot, and sweaty and my body and hands are definitely not used to doing that kind of physical labor.

We are fitting in the 2 person jobs when Ocean sleeps - so we just have to powerhouse through!

It’s already looking so big inside!

Being a woman in a highly competitive industry is hard - and it’s even harder when you have kids.

You’re pretending your work is the most important thing because you don’t want to be forgotten.
You’re pushing yourself, burning out, juggling too much because you want to be notice too.

In the old world, slowing down can mean disappearing.

But here’s what I know now:
✨ You don’t lose ambition when you have kids —
you just stop wasting it.
✨ Presence is not the enemy of purpose —
it fuels it.
✨ And when you build the right business model…
life and work get to support each other — not compete.

I didn’t walk away from my career.
I walked toward my family
and a different kind of success.

If you feel that shift too, you’re not alone.

We’re rewriting what working motherhood looks like.
Purpose + Presence.
Ambition + alignment.

It gets to be all of it. đź’«

If your definition of success has changed since becoming a mum, you’re in the right place. 💛

I met this absolute powerhouse almost 3 years ago, our kids were at school/kindie together.

Renae introduced me to this online biz model- and at the time I thought it sounded way too good to be true…

My employee brain was saying…there’s no way you can make good money online by just living your life and being present with your kids.

Well since I met that school mum, she’s created a multi six figure business, spent last year travelling with her husband and kids, and now homeschools her two girls full time, while running her business around family life. And this is just the start for her!

You don’t have to be a unicorn to make it happen…that regular school mum I met back at the start of 2023 has done it, while truely living her life and with her kids by her side.

So grateful to have her cheering me on an guiding me, as I build my biz alongside her đź’•

Check out to follow her journey đź’•
