Mary Magdalene will always be the woman the world can never forget. Through her expression of love, our carnal, ego-centric love is exposed, revealing how sin has shaped us into cold, reserved, and unexpressive people.

She is a type and shadow of what Jesus has done for us, and she also stands as a powerful testimony of what God’s mercy and forgiveness can transform an ego-centered heart into.

Many Christians believe that God is angry because His justice has not been fulfilled, and therefore He is unable—both legally and morally—to forgive us of our sins. Moreover, this view is often considered normal and inherent to the natural aspects of God's character.

As a result, we naturally assume that our own anger in response to an offense must first be cooled before we are able to forgive others.

The commandment is new because the life of Jesus on earth was a new revelation:

A new commandment I give unto you, "That ye love one another; AS I HAVE LOVED YOU, that ye also love one another." (John 13:34)

We are to love others the way Jesus has loved us.

Many Christians are saying that God gave sickness, destruction, and even death to people.

Doesn't the Bible tell us plainly that God is life itself? Is there any death in life?

Didn't God give two trees for them to recognize their own desire? What lesson does God want us to understand in giving us two trees?

We need to re-understand the way of God, since He could only give life and no death. To whom should we blame death on?

God judging and killing allows us to kill and judge. But when we realize that "His ways are not like our ways", then the investigative judgment starts to be seen in a new light.

John 5:22 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:

Joh 8:15 Ye judge after the flesh; I judge no man.

Acts 13:46 ...seeing ye put it (the word of God) from you, and **judge yourselves** unworthy of everlasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles.

Mat 16:27 For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works.

Let us continue to hold feast/camp meetings and distribute the literature far and wide:

In Revelation the messages that are to be given to the world are plainly stated. **When the Lord’s servants fail, as they will, to gain admission to the churches, they are to reach the people by holding camp meetings and by distributing our literature.** The truth for this time is to shine forth in clear, steady rays. 15LtMs, Lt 177, 1900, par. 18

At these yearly assemblies the hearts of old and young would be encouraged in the service of God, while the association of the people from the different quarters of the land would strengthen the ties that bound them to God and to one another. Well would it be for the people of God at the present time to have a Feast of Tabernacles—a joyous commemoration of the blessings of God to them. PP 540.6
