Happy Monday ✨️

Just wanted to jump on and share abit about my WLS I had last June, it's been a tough yet wonderful journey in discovering me again and being able to move around more with my son and my hubby , I am so thankful to the baratric community for the ongoing support 🙌🙌

I love the fact I am capable of experiencing life again without the weight holding me back I love how more confident I am in myself and I don't feel angry at the world as I once did , I find so much happiness in my life again.

I would love to hear from YOU if you have gone through WLS or any surgery that was life changing ♥️

Hello everyone my name is Aaron

I just want to let you know on a story that I just went through few months back.

Yes that's me and my trainer I was pretty Dedicated then 4 days a week while working full-time hours i have a Passion for MMA. I was pretty fit health and happy 😊

Then the most Devastating thing happened at work that took away all the Positive things and turn them in to Negative things😮‍💨

So I had done my back in the Major damage was my L3 slipped disc was the most painful thing to go through I thought I was out for good So my stress went in over drive at that time.

But here I am 4 months later with the help of physio and getting back to my happiness 🤩 and plan on rejoining mma again this is a passion of mine I fell in love with , it helps me get through my dark days and I feel good which is great for mental health support I feel especially for men.

Keeping my mind body and spirit in a healthy fit state is one of my main goals 🙌🏿 💪🏿 excited to keeping sharing my progress once I am back into MMA .

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME (CHEY) I have a strong affection for discovering new adventures, even if they make me feel anxious. I love witnessing the early morning sunrise and the warmth it brings. On chilly winter nights, I find comfort in cozy blankets and savoring our favorite chocolate treats. The aroma of freshly popped popcorn, the scent of toast first thing in the morning, and the soothing sound of rain hitting the roof are all sources of joy for me. Certain melodies have the power to transport me into a different realm, making me feel like I am the song itself. I take pleasure in the feeling of fresh linen when I climb into a bed with freshly laundered sheets. My home serves as my sanctuary, where warm lights create a cozy atmosphere that makes me feel safe. The smell of old books reminds me of a place I have been, and listening to songs from my teenage years brings back memories of my best friends. The rustling of leaves and the gentle sway of trees in the wind bring me serenity. I appreciate the lingering fragrance of flowers after they have been scented. I am meticulous about keeping everything in its designated place, as everything has its own place.
I love the change of seasons and how it makes me feel changed.

The past 4 weeks have been beautiful enjoying family time and being more in the now with our son and working on our personal development

Shifting into the best version of yourself can be daunting yet beautiful and we are stoked that we are making this change for our family
