If the daily main meal goes into my training app, it goes on here = accountability ✨️
BUT
My planning and meal prep is key🗝 otherwise the cooking takes a while and it becomes a time consuming chore that I don't care to do. Especially chopping and waiting for things to cook.
Pre-made = on the plate and ready to eat 🍽 👍-> I don't have a need to go for the drive through...

I have learnt that what I consume each day (not just food), has a HUGE impact on how I feel, think and perform 🗯

I have had coffee and cake for breakfast. Or thrown down a bowl of cereal whilst yelling, where are my frickn keys?! 🗝
You can imagine the type of days I was having 😤🥱
I change the things, I get different things. It's as simple as that 💪
