Nigeria 🇳🇬! A country riddled with poverty, Corruption and bigotry! Amongst the extremely poor Nigerians lives a few extremely wealthy Nigerians, and of course the political elites in their midst!

All of this combined forces work together to keep things as they are, to the benefit of the politicians and the corruptly wealthy among them.

The politicians use tribalisms and tribal bigotry as a means of dividing and conquering their victims and direct their attentions away from their obvious incompetence and focus on tribal interests instead.

This games has been played in Nigerian politics since after independence! Divide and conquer is a known strategy for the British colonial system, and even now, that same strategy is what’s helping them to continue to siphon African resources through their current neocolonial economic policies in Africa.

Tribalism only helps a few politicians to gain power and enrich themselves and their friends and immediate family members, and ultimately, the white imperialists in Europe and America, while the poor Africans gets poorer while fighting a senseless battle of tribalisms and tribal bigotry!

With all the tribal tensions brewing on social platforms for years now, not a single senator in Nigeria has proposed a single bill outlawing tribalism and tribal bigotry just like the laws covering racial discriminations in Europe and America!

They won’t do it cos it works magic for them during elections! Without tribal bigotry, what will make a sane man vote for a Tinubu in 2023 and even still considering it again in 2027? Like seriously!

But I can tell anyone that cares to listen that the tribal tensions in Nigeria, when it explodes, Rwanda will be a child’s play to what will happen here in a short space of time.

I hope someone take’s cognizance of this facts and act on it before it becomes too late.

Deji is smart. You won’t understand. Anyone who knows him from his days as an undergraduate student at Bayero University Kano will tell you that he is smart. During the elections, someone who knew him from Bayero University asked me “Charles, do you know any other Nigerian who has been able to manoeuvre an alleged murder case which was in the public domain, spent four years of his life wondering if the judge will find him guilty or not, and successfully rebranded to become the voice of the voiceless?”

I thought about the question for a while and I told him he was trying to blackmail Deji because of his political views. And the man said to me “Charles, that’s exactly what I mean. Deji is so smart that he has successfully programmed even intelligent people like you never to ask questions about the alleged disappearance of that murder case. Now you see why he’s smarter than you think?”

At this point, I felt stvpid. I realised that Deji is deeper than I thought. My respect for him grew - a dark kind of respect. The kind of respect you have for the movie star who murders everyone and goes free. Lovers of crime series will relate. You actually get heartbroken when the law catches up with your dark minded hero. Raymond Reddington of the famous Netflix series, Blacklist, had such influence on me - he still does. Now I understand why girls fall in love with bad boys - bad behaviour is dark seduction.

Sorry I strayed. Let’s focus on the smartness of Deji and why activism should never make you forget serious allegations against anyone.

Deji understands Nigerians. He knows that average Nigerians hate their government. So he pretends to hate the government with average Nigerians even though the opposite might be the case . But in reality, Deji is a POLITICIAN in capital letters - activism is just an image washing tool. He’s been to jail a bit of times for activist activities - that’s the strategy. So when you google why Deji was in jail, you won’t find the serious allegations from his university days, you will instead find news about his arrest as an activist.
To seal this smart move, he hired VDM - oh no, you thought VDM hired him? Well, one of them hired the other. I don’t know who hired who but that relationship has benefited Deji more than it has benefited VDM. VDM doesn’t even know how smart Deji is - he thinks he’s just a human rights lawyer, he’s deeper than that.

Before you understand why Deji is fighting Peter Obi, you will need to first ask “who helped Deji when he was accused in that murder case?” Well, Deji owes his freedom to Barr. Festus Keyamo.
Deji can be anything but he’s not an ingrate. He has never betrayed anyone who helped him. He has every right to vote for Barr. Festus Keyamo’s party - that’s the man who saved him. That’s the man he will work for against Peter Obi if Atiku doesn’t get the ADC ticket. Atiku is the Chief Saviour of Deji’s destiny, Festus is his assistant saviour. What has Peter Obi done for Deji? Obi even had the guts to declare that he won’t give anyone shishi - and you think ‘cashtivists’ are happy? I didn’t call anyone a cashtivist - but if you feel you are one, then you have every right to feel attacked.

After this level of embarrassment and traumatic experience meted on this young lady, Anambra state government is telling Nigerians that all this animals seen on this video are going through “internal disciplinary process”.

That’s to tell you that we live in a lawless society!

According to them, the girl declined any involvement in prosecuting this criminals because (according to the leadership of the vigilante) the poor girl doesn’t want any further exposure of her nakedness!

A sane person might wanna ask, where’s the Nigerian police in all this? Well, the Nigerian police has also ceased investigations into the matter because the girl refused to come give evidence.

One may also wonder the sort of evidence that the police may be looking for? Is it the same evidence that’s everywhere on social media? The video by itself has secured convictions of about 3-5 different laws that’s clearly violated here, so there’s absolutely no reason whatsoever why all the men involved in this assault should still be walking freely in the society at this time.

That’s if Nigeria was a normal country! But when lawmakers are criminals themselves, I can understand why they won’t be alarmed
by this video. I’m particularly more pained about about this incident because the victim of this attack is a youth copper rendering services to her ‘unfortunate’ country!

And most importantly, she doesn’t seem to be an Igbo girl. I’m from Anambra state, and growing up, we were taught to always protect the visitors and foreigners in our society. Matter of fact, the protection of a visitor or a foreigner is part of Igbo culture.

Even during our masquerade festivals, the masquerade will not whip a person once he’s been informed that the person isn’t an indigene!

Now this girl will finish her service and return back to her place with a horror story to tell about Ndi Anambra!

I, as a full citizen of Anambra state is calling on immediate arrest and prosecution of every single one of this vigilante men, and their arrest and trial must be made public, and not that embarrassing charade made by the man in charge of the vigilante group of which some of the men being paraded was seen laughing from the background!

They must be taken in handcuffs and handed over to Anambra police for further investigations and prosecutions!

I’m also calling on the inspector general of police to instruct his commissioner of police in Anambra to commence the investigations and prosecution of this power drunk vigilante men as swiftly as possible! This case must not be swept under! The people want to see and needs to see the consequences for such a disgusting act of inhumane treatment that was meted on that girl.
