Like most Australians, we are so very shocked and saddened by the events that occurred at Bondi last night.

Senseless acts that cannot be understood, explained or comprehended by most.

At this time, it is important to remember that hate begets hate. There are no excuses, but now is not the time for revenge.

Please join in unity and the sanctity of your family circle at this awful time.

We are in the clinic this week, offering compassionate support for all.

For those in Australia, how hot has it been? Wow, we had 40 degrees in parts of Sydney over the weekend.

With Christmas rapidly approaching, I think the post below is relevant for so many.

Here are some tips on how to disagree without damaging your relationships.

Have you used any of these? Do you think you will need them over the Christmas and New Year Period?

For those in Australia, how hot has it been? Wow, we had 40 degrees in parts of Sydney over the weekend.

For those curious about what family dynamics are, here's some info.

Family dynamics are the patterns of interaction, communication, and relationships among family members, influenced by factors like roles, culture, and history.

These dynamics can be healthy, promoting well-being through clear communication and support, or dysfunctional, causing tension and negatively impacting mental health.

Understanding family dynamics is crucial because they significantly shape an individual's behaviour, development, and overall well-being.

Have you heard the age old adage of ‘going with the flow’ ?

Interestingly, this was a favourite saying of my dearly departed Nan who would often offer this wisdom during turbulent times.

Of course, when younger, I’d resist that advice, trying to control whatever chaos was occurring around me. In the process worsening the situation by expending so much energy attempting to control the uncontrollable!

Thinking on this now, so many years ago, the phrase ‘young and dumb’ comes to mind 😂😂😂.

I think if we are all honest with ourselves we can all claim a few moments of young and dumb.

It wasn’t until I trained as a Hypnotherapist (also many years ago now) that I came to appreciate those very words.

You can let yourself go with the flow
💫💫💫

Lessening your resistance to the universal plan that is unique to you plays a huge part in how you move through your healing journey.

During any journey you take with me, I will always offer that you give yourself permission to ‘go with the flow’.

Be that, during our session, or taking this suggestion and embedding it as a lifelong healing tool.

Do not let things that have hurt you, turn you into a person you are not.
