When life feels busiest, creating even a little space for yourself matters most.

This holiday season, we’re here for you, open every single day.
 You’ll always have somewhere to be, and a safe space to step away from the chaos.

We’ll be running a slightly adjusted timetable, along with some special holiday classes.

On Christmas Day, join us for a special 8am Hatha class with Lyssa. 
On New Year’s Day, 10am Yoga Foundations with Steph will run as usual, followed by a special 4pm NYD Yin with Lyssa.

These classes will fill quickly, so lock in your holiday plans at HUM.

Today we spent the afternoon thanking our wonderful teachers for all they do for the HUM community 🧡

A beautiful ice bath at followed by afternoon tea in the sunshine.

We truly have the best teachers at HUM, and are incredibly grateful for all they share.

If you ever attend an especially impactful class, make sure to let your teacher know, it always makes our day!

One of the most beautiful teachings associated with the Gallbladder is the Taoist principle of Wu Wei, often translated as effortless action or aligned action.

Wu Wei reminds us that wisdom isn’t found in constant pushing. It’s found in listening and waiting for the right moment.
 In acting from alignment rather than urgency.

Like a bird waiting on a branch for the wind to shift, the Gallbladder teaches us to trust the moment when movement feels natural, not forced.
