We are excited to announce that in early 2024 we will be working alongside the renowned and highly talented Chef !
In conjunction with Ravifruit fruit purees', Jordi will be showcasing his talents in 3 masterclasses we will be hosting in Sydney.
Thanks to Jordi's insatiable curiosity and motivation to innovate and revolutionise the pastry sector, he has dedicated himself to researching and investigating complex technological aspects of pastry, which he now calls the B-Concept method.
