The Victorian Pill Testing Service has found he**in in a powder being sold as Xanax (alprazolam).

That means people thought they were taking an anti-anxiety med,
but there were no benzos in it at all, only he**in.

🚑 This is extremely dangerous, especially if:
• you have no opioid tolerance
• you’re using alone
• alcohol or other drugs are involved

No judgement here. This is about harm reduction and keeping people safe.

🛑 If you or someone you know uses pills or powders:
• don’t assume it’s what it’s sold as
• avoid using alone
• carry naloxone if you can
• use drug-checking services where available
