World-renowned chef Analiese Gregory returns to Australian screens with a new season of A Girl’s Guide to Hunting, Fishing and Wild Cooking, premiering June 23 on SBS and streaming on SBS On Demand.
This season of culinary adventures builds to the opening of her intimate new restaurant at home.
In this new eight-episode season, Analiese transforms a rundown veterinary clinic attached to her 110-year-old timber home into a boutique 10-seater eatery.
Having swapped Michelin-star restaurants for the remote Huon Valley in Tasmania, Analiese hopes the small restaurant will sustain her life and ongoing quest to live seasonally and closer to nature.
Analiese sources the best local produce for her menu while diving into new adventures, including hunting wallabies, spearfishing and catching crayfish.
Already airing on EarthX in North America, the new season will soon roll out around the globe.
