One habit I’ve carried through life: no matter what happens, never forget to take care of yourself. Fitness always comes first.

Fitness has given me a sharper mind, kept me away from bad habits, and taught me to stay humble yet confident.

It’s been 17 years since I first stepped into a gym and that’s where the journey to greatness began.

Alhamdulillah for the health, strength and sharp mind. May Allah keep us all healthy and fit for as long as we live. 🤲

জীবনে যে অভ্যাসটি আমি সবসময় ধরে রেখেছি, জীবনে যা-ই ঘটুক না কেন, নিজের যত্ন নিতে কখনো ভুলে যেও না। ফিটনেস সবসময়ই অগ্রাধিকার।

ফিটনেস আমাকে দিয়েছে আরও তীক্ষ্ণ চিন্তাশক্তি, খারাপ অভ্যাস থেকে দূরে থাকতে সাহায্য করেছে এবং একই সঙ্গে শিখিয়েছে বিনয়ী ও আত্মবিশ্বাসী থাকতে।

আজ থেকে ১৭ বছর আগে প্রথমবার জিমে পা রেখেছিলাম আর সেখান থেকেই শুরু হয়েছিল শ্রেষ্ঠত্বের পথে আমার যাত্রা।

আলহামদুলিল্লাহ এই সুস্বাস্থ্য, শক্তি ও তীক্ষ্ণ মনের জন্য। আল্লাহ আমাদের সবাইকে যতদিন বেঁচে আছি, সুস্থ ও ফিট রাখুন। 🤲
