Handsprime

10 years ago I put an EP as part of a TAFE project. Admittedly the songs weren’t really that good and I was trying to figure out what my sound was (before you ask I removed the EP so it’s now considered lost media). While it was good to put something out, it clearly was gonna be a struggle to really make a name out of myself.
The following year I put a Jungle tune as a free download. It got a pretty good reception from the Sydney DnB crew, and got a few spins from some international DJs as well after showing them the tune. This gave me an idea of what direction I should take. Needless to say following it up was hard, and it would take a couple of years till I bothered to make a follow up. Then after that I had releases with Grid Recordings and started making dark jump up rollers. Now my music truly was getting played overseas.
But the thing about making music is that I had wrote so much that never saw the light of day. I’ve been putting out these EPs on as a way to give a lot of my unreleased stuff the proper love. This final EP contains 4 songs I wrote a long time ago that I never bothered to sign. I am so happy to finally release these songs. Link is in the bio.
And for those who have supported me in the past 10 years, all I can say is thank you. From the established artists, to the support DJs (both local and international), to even those putting up mixes on Soundcloud. Thank you so much 🙏. Here is to another 10 years of quality DnB.
While this may be the closing of one chapter in Handsprime, I am looking forward to the next one, which actually starts in 2 weeks time.

As it is time to close a chapter in Handsprime, I wanted to release a couple of songs that I made years ago that for whatever reason never got to see the light of day.
I present to you the Lost Dubs EP, which will be out next month on The Elements of Tech & Bass. 4 lost songs given the love they deserved.

This isn't the end of Handsprime, but rather a new beginning. Stay Tuned.

Hi all, normally I wouldn't do this but I need to make a statement.

My music is meant for everyone. I don't care what religion you are, your gender, race, sexuality, or if you able bodied or not. Heck even if you voted for conservative parties I probably won't care if it's mostly for economical reasons (don't ask). BUT, if you're someone who has hateful views towards a group of people, I do NOT want you associated with my music.
Transphobia has no place in 2025. Twisted Individual's comments against B-Complex have really upset me as I do not want to be associated with someone like him. Therefore, I have decided to cut all ties with Grid Recordings. Do not expect to see me on that label anytime soon. It's 2025 people, we should be more inclusive than ever.

Stay tuned for the next Handsprime release. It won't be released with someone who decides to insult people because of their identity that is for sure.

If you challange someone on bigotry, and their response is blocking you and transphobia, you just know you hit the nail on it’s head. This person has no place in rave scene.

I am happy to share with you my next release, the Watch The Tapes EP. This will be coming out next month (18th April on both Beatport and Spotify, 2nd May everywhere else) on recordings. The EP contains the following tracks:
