I know you love your children.
That’s why this conversation hurts.
Because love should come with truth.

That drink you give them—the one that stains their tongue bright red or blue?
That gummy that says “vitamin” on the pack but tastes like candy?
That’s not nourishment.
That’s marketing.

And sadly, most of us were never taught how dangerous these little things can be.

We’ve been made to believe:
“If it’s made for kids, it must be safe.”
But that’s not always true.
Not when that “safe” food is loaded with sugar, dyes, additives, and fake nutrients.

They may smile when they eat it, but inside—
Their gut is struggling.
Their brain is foggy.
