There comes a point in your healing…
where you no longer ask, “Who was right?” or “Who was wrong?”

You just feel it in your bones —
it all had to happen.
Exactly the way it did.

Not to punish.
Not to prove.
But to awaken.

Beyond right and wrong… there’s just energy.
Lessons. Contracts. Soul debts and divine timing.

I don’t sit in blame anymore.
I sit in understanding.
I sit in peace.
I sit in the middle of the mess and see grace dripping from every broken piece.

As a spiritual psychologist, I’ve learned:
not everything needs closure.
Not everything needs fixing.
Some things are here to expand you — not explain themselves.

And when you stop needing someone to be wrong so you can feel right,
you free yourself.
Completely.

They came with thalis —
coconuts wrapped in red,
flowers folded with devotion,
coins, camphor, sweets,
all the “right” things you’re supposed to bring
to a Goddess temple.

But I…
I came with nothing in my hands
and everything in my heart.

No nariyal.
No supari.
No garland.
No checklist of rituals.
Just me.

Bare.
Soft.
Spilling.
Real.

And for the first time in a long time…
I wasn’t ashamed of my emptiness.
Because I realised —
I wasn’t here to offer things.
I came to offer myself.

At the feet of Maa Shakti,
I laid down the parts of me I had judged,
the stories I’d outgrown,
the guilt I didn’t deserve to carry,
the light I was too scared to fully claim.

I whispered to Her —
“I don’t know what else to give you, Maa…
except for my whole being.”

My nervous system.
My dreams.
My mistakes.
My voice that trembles but still speaks.
My spirit that breaks open,
again and again and again.

I didn’t chant mantras.
I became the mantra.

I didn’t perform aarti.
I let my tears be the flame.

I didn’t bring sweets.
I brought the sweetness I forgot existed in me.

I didn’t bow with a thali.
I bowed with a heart ready to be used as Her instrument.

And in that moment,
I realised…
Maa didn’t want my offerings.
She wanted me.

Unpolished.
Unfiltered.
Untamed.
Undeniably mine.

So I gave myself to Her.
And something sacred shifted.
Something ancient remembered.

Because when you stop performing for the Divine
and simply present yourself —
as you are, not as you’re supposed to be —
that’s when true devotion begins.

I didn’t come to pray.
I came to surrender.
And in doing so…
I became the offering.

Saawan begins… and so does the quiet longing in the heart to return home — to Shiva.
But before you can enter that sacred stillness…
You must meet Nandi.

Not just the bull who sits before the temple,
but the symbol of stillness that lives within you.

As a Spiritual Psychologist, I often remind my clients —
healing isn’t about rushing to enlightenment or bypassing pain with rituals and mantras.
It’s about sitting with your truth.
Just like Nandi sits — still, grounded, facing only Shiva.

He doesn’t move.
He doesn’t ask.
He doesn’t question the delay.
He just is.

And that presence… that deep, silent, unwavering focus…
is the path.

Before we meet Shiva — the cosmic stillness, the liberated self — we must become Nandi.
The one who knows how to wait in love.
The one who listens more than they speak.
The one who trusts that what they are waiting for is already making its way.

As humans, we ache for answers, timing, outcomes.
But Saawan isn’t about outcomes. It’s about offering.
Offering your restlessness to the rain.
Offering your ego to the feet of stillness.
Offering your heart without conditions.

This month, I’m not asking for anything.
I’m just sitting — with my breath, my body, my faith.
Facing Shiva, like Nandi.
And maybe that’s enough.

Wishing you a soulful Saawan — one where your devotion becomes your direction.

Honoring the Sacred Union of My Eternal Gurus — Shiv & Shakti

Today, beneath the gaze of the full moon and by the holy Ganga, I bow in deep reverence to my eternal teachers — Shiv, the stillness, and Shakti, the flow.

They are not just deities to me — they are living energies I experience in every breath of transformation.
Shiv, the silence that teaches me detachment, discipline, and deep inner knowing.
Shakti, the wild wisdom of the womb, the fire of my voice, and the softness of surrender.

Together, they guide me to rise, to dissolve, to trust.

On this sacred Guru Purnima, I offer my devotion to:
The divine masculine that anchors me
The divine feminine that liberates me
The sacred union within, where all my answers are born

Even when I have no human guide, their presence whispers through still water, thunder, dance, grief, and grace.
They have been my compass when the world made no sense, and my courage when I was called to burn and bloom.

I am a student of the cosmos, but my soul always returns home to Shiv-Shakti.
May I continue to remember… that the true guru is the one within — balanced, whole, and eternal.

Happy Guru Purnima from the banks of Ma Ganga.
May you too awaken to the divine teacher within you.

The Invisible String Theory

As a Spiritual Psychologist, I often speak of the unseen — the subtle forces that guide us, the whispers between souls, the sacred connections we don’t always understand but deeply feel.

The Invisible String Theory says this:
We are all connected to certain people, places, and moments by an unseen thread — woven by the Universe, fate, karma, or soul contracts.

No matter how far they are, how long it takes, or what detours appear…
If it’s meant for your soul’s evolution, it will find its way to you.

It’s the friend you met and instantly felt like you’ve known for lifetimes.
It’s the lover who entered during your healing, not to fix you — but to mirror you.
It’s the opportunity that circled back years later, right when you were ready.

You don’t have to chase alignment.
You don’t have to force love or timing.
You are already being guided by something greater — and those strings are not random.
They are sacred, intentional, and divinely timed.

So take a breath. Trust the unseen.
Because even in silence, even in separation — the string is always pulling you closer to what’s meant.

Your dreams are not an escape — they are a return.

As a spiritual psychologist, I’ve come to witness a sacred truth again and again —
That the dreams we carry in our hearts aren’t just random ideas or ambitions.
They are living codes of remembrance.
They are echoes of who we came here to be before the world told us to forget.

So if you’ve ever asked yourself:
“Why do I feel called to something more?”
“Why do I dream of a life I’ve never seen around me?”
The answer is —
Because your soul remembers what your mind is still learning to believe.

Your aspiration is a spiritual assignment.
It’s not just about achieving. It’s about becoming.
Becoming whole. Becoming true. Becoming aligned.

But here’s the part most people don’t talk about:
Pursuing your dreams will trigger every wound you haven’t yet healed.
Not because you’re not meant for them,
but because your healing is the path to them.

The version of you that is meant to live that dream
doesn’t just manifest it — she embodies it.
And every breakdown, every delay, every detour
is life sculpting you into the version of you who can hold the dream with grace, power, and depth.

So if your journey feels slow, heavy, or uncertain — breathe.
The dream hasn’t left you.
It’s just waiting for you to come home to yourself first.

You are not behind.
You are becoming.

The 7/7 portal arrives with immense cosmic grace — and this year, it’s even more potent as it follows the sacred vibration of Devshayani Ekadashi, observed yesterday.

According to Vedic wisdom, Lord Vishnu enters a deep cosmic slumber during this time — a symbolic pause in divine activity, where the universe invites us to mirror this rest, reflection, and inner withdrawal. This is not a time to hustle — it’s a time to surrender, go inward, and realign with the rhythms of your soul.

As Vishnu bhagwan rests, so should the parts of you that are overactive, overgiving, overfunctioning. The energies of this Ekadashi + 7/7 portal are urging you to let the ego sleep — and allow your higher self to rise.

In numerology, 7 is the number of deep introspection, inner truth, and divine guidance. The double seven frequency activates the third eye, heart, and soul star chakras, creating an energetic doorway where healing, clarity, and soul remembrance are magnified.

Psychologically, you may feel a desire to retreat from the noise — not as avoidance, but as an act of spiritual hygiene. You are being called to consciously detach from what is no longer energetically congruent, especially roles and identities that were shaped by survival, not by your soul.

Spiritually, you’re in a cocoon. One where your spirit is being rewired for the next chapter. Don’t mistake stillness for stagnation. This is a sacred sleep of the soul — like Vishnu — where your inner creator is dreaming your next divine reality into being.

Themes of the 7/7 + Ekadashi Energy Merge:

Deep cellular rest & nervous system recalibration
Letting go of karmic debts or ancestral over-responsibility
Honoring divine timing, not mental deadlines
Reclaiming soul gifts hidden under past pain
Quietly but powerfully choosing alignment over attachment
🕊️ Today, rest is holy. Reflection is power. Silence is sacred.
This is your permission to pause, to pray, to remember.

Journaling Prompts:

What am I being invited to lay to rest — mentally, emotionally, or spiritually?
What timeline/version of me is no longer sustainable?
What divine dream am I secretly being prepared to live?

Affirmation:
“As the universe slows, so do I. I surrender to divine sleep, so my soul may awaken deeper than ever before.”

Let the 7/7 portal and Ekadashi frequency cradle you into softness. This is your season of becoming — not by force, but by grace.

With sacred stillness & cosmic clarity,

When the masks start falling off, and you finally meet you 🪞💫

There comes a point on the healing journey where you’re done trying to fit into borrowed skins. You’re done performing, pleasing, proving.

You whisper to the Universe — “Nai rehna dooja ban ke, apne hi rang mein mujhko rang de.”

I no longer want to live like someone else’s version of me.
I no longer want to seek validation in becoming a copy of their perfection.
I choose wholeness over approval.

As a Spiritual Psychologist, I’ve watched this shift unfold in the deepest layers of the soul. When you stop asking, “What should I be?” and start reclaiming, “Who am I, truly?” — that’s the rebirth. 🌸

The work isn’t in becoming something new. It’s in remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.

You are not too much.
You are not too little.
You are exactly what the Divine designed.

🕊️ No more masks.
🎨 Just your own divine hue.
